Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Little Feminist books and gifts. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to send it back.

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

To start a return, email hello@littlefeminist.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Items must be unused and in the condition you received them. Books should be unmarked and undamaged, and clothing unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Items we can't accept for return

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email hello@littlefeminist.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to pay for anything.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different, such as a different shirt size, is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, email hello@littlefeminist.com.

Shipping area
We ship only within the United States, so returns are accepted from U.S. addresses only.
